President Tebboune takes souvenir photo with participants in Algiers Arab Summit 
ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune took Tuesday at the International Conference Center (ICC) a souvenir photo with the leaders and heads of Arab delegations participating in the 31st ordinary session of the Arab Summit.
The photo was taken shortly before the start of the work of this Summit to immortalize the event.
President Tebboune welcomed, in turn, the leaders, heads of Arab delegations, and guests of honor attending the Summit. 




 
 President Tebboune urges creation of Arab liaison and coordination committee in support of Palestinian cause
 
 
ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune called Tuesday for the creation of an Arab liaison and coordination committee in support of the Palestinian cause, stressing Algeria's readiness to submit this vital demand to the United Nations (UN) to convene a special General Assembly, in order to grant the Palestinian state full membership in the United Nations.
 
Speaking after the handing over of the presidency of the Arab Summit to Algeria by Tunisia, President Tebboune hoped this summit would result in the creation of an Arab liaison and coordination committee in support of the Palestinian cause.
 
"Algeria is fully prepared to submit this vital demand to the United Nations to convene a special General Assembly, in order to grant the Palestinian state full membership in the United Nations," continued the head of state.
 
According to President Tebboune, this demand comes "in the context of respect for our Arab commitment to the Palestinian cause, the beating heart of the Arab nation."
