House fire in Gaza: Algeria offers condolences to Palestinian people

 
ALGIERS- Algeria on Friday expressed its deepest condolences to the Palestinian people following a house fire in Jabalia camp, in the north of Gaza Strip, leaving many casualties, the ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad said in a statement.
"Following the house fire in Jabalia camp, in the north of the Gaza Strip, causing several casualties, Algeria extends its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the whole Palestinian people, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured," the ministry's statement said.
At this painful time, "Algeria reiterates its full solidarity with the State of Palestine to overcome this ordeal and the challenges it involves, especially with the continued occupation of the Palestinian territories and the unfair blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip," the statement said.
According to local sources, 21 Palestinians, including children, were killed and others injured Thursday in a house fire in Jabalia camp, in the north of the Gaza Strip.
