PM meets with Tunisian counterpart
ALGIERS-Prime Minister, Aimene Benabderrahmane met Monday with his Tunisian counterpart, Najla Bouden Romdhane who is on a one-day working visit to Algeria, said a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.The talks, which took place at the Government Palace, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, were an opportunity to “emphasize the relations of brotherhood and solidarity that bind the two countries and brotherly peoples.”
The two PMs "discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in light of the guidelines of the leaders of both countries, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and his brother, the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied, to achieve more strategic integration and integrated development.”
They "reaffirmed their determination to activate the mechanisms of bilateral cooperation, to continue joint projects and boost economic ties, especially under the upcoming Algeria-Tunisia High Joint Commission," said the source.
President Tebboune receives Tunisia’s Head of Government
ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Monday in Algiers, the Head of the Tunisian Government, Najla Bouden, said the Presidency of the Republic in a statement.
