2nd Regional Seminar for African Parliaments: Delegation of Council of Nation highlights Algeria's commitment to developing different sectors
ALGIERS -The two members of the Council of the Nation, who are participating in the 2nd Regional Seminar for African parliaments on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in Djibouti, stressed that Algeria would continue its commitment to developing the various sectors in order to guarantee dignified living conditions for citizens in the framework of the achievement of the SDGs, said a statement from the Council Tuesday.“Senators Mohamed Chouchane and Mohamed Khouiledi are continuing their participation in the 2nd Regional Seminar for African parliaments on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Djibouti, which is attended by representatives of African parliaments, members of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and experts in the field from UN agencies,” said the same source.
“Algeria gave great importance since independence to everything related to human health,” said Khouiledi in his speech.
“A new economic growth model was adopted since the election of Abdelmadjid Tebboune as President of the Republic,” he added.
