President of the Republic conducts ministerial reshuffle

 
ALGIERS- The president of the Republic, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, minister of National Defence, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, conducted Thursday a ministerial reshuffle, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
"Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the president of the Republic, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces and minister of National Defence conducted Thursday 16 March 2023, corresponding to 23 Sha'baan 1444, a ministerial reshuffle, appointing under decree 23-119, after consultation with the prime minister:
- Ahmed Attaf: Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad
- Brahim Merad: Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning 
- Abderrachid Tabi:  Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals
- Laaziz Fayed: Minister of Finance
- Mohamed Arkab: Minister of Energy and Mines
- Laid Rebiga: Minister of Mujahideen and Right-Holders
- Youcef Belmehdi: Minister of Religious Affairs and Wakfs
- Abdelhakim Belaabed: Minister of National Education
- Kamel Baddari: Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research
- Yacine Merabi: Minister of Vocational Training and Education
- Soraya Mouloudji: Minister of Culture and Arts
- Abderrahmane Hammad: Minister of Youth and Sports
- Meriem Benmiloud: Minister of Digitization and Statistics
- Karim Bibi Triki: Minister of Post and Telecommunications
- Kaoutar Krikou: Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women's Affairs
- Ali Aoun: Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Industry
- Mohamed Abdelhafid Henni: Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development
- Mohamed Tarek Belaribi: Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City
- Tayeb Zitouni: Minister of Trade and Export Promotion
- Mohamed Bouslimani: Minister of Communication
- Lakhdar Rakhroukh: Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures
 - Taha Derbal: Minister of Water Resources

The president of the Republic has also appointed Abdelaziz Khellaf minister of State, Advisor to the president of the Republic, and Mohamed Nadir Larbaoui Chief of Staff to the presidency of the Republic."
